Since my last post I've divorced, been laid off, watched one chick leave the nest, started a new, very different job, earned 12 college units, taken a roommate, lost control of my credit, sold a car, blew up another car and took on a car loan! And almost that entire time, I've been in Home Modification Pergatory!
I'm finally feeling able to tackle my finances again and I'm happy to be back at it! I'm also quite glad to be blogging about it again. My financial situation is far more grim than it was in Spring 2008. It will be interesting to see how successful I am in my efforts- especially since I am on my own and not tethered to the world's biggest spender! (Not that I'm bitter or anything!)
Actually, I'm not bitter. I feel good about my past, my mistakes, my present, my path, my future. I'm on the move!
